Santhinikethanam Central School has started the Scouts and Guides in 2011.It is progressing in the school premises in it’s full bloom.There are 2 guides company with 7 patrol (52 guides) and1 Scout troop with 4 patrol(32 scouts).On every Friday we conduct classes for Scouts &  Guides.

4 Patrol leaders from scout troop and 4 Patrol leaders from Guides company attended a P.L.T camp held at G.H.S Puthur from 12-08-16 to 15-08-16.Apart from P L T camp, the scouts and guides attended a one day camp held at SMHSS Patharam.

Under the guidance of scout master Mr.Jayaprasad and guide captains Mrs,Nazeema M and Mrs.Thararani S, the scout troop and guide company is conquering pinnacles of success.
